The French LaundryMarch 12, 2007 After reading a report a while ago that rated The French Laundry as the best restaurant in the world, I’ve been trying to get a reservation there. A friend was able to work some magic and a reservation suddenly appeared. Only Linda was able to join us because of the short notice. We all had a fun evening - the service was definitely the best we’ve ever experienced, the food was of the highest quality but there was too much and it was too rich. Unfortunately the food was so rich that I spent the next 2 weeks in pain and my medical bills cost way more than dinner! tracey
