Death Valley and VegasApril 21 - 26, 2006 Roman wanted to go to NAB in Las Vegas so we decided to have a few days in Death Valley with the idea of getting some sun. Pah! It was bloody freezing. We arrived at Eureka Dunes in a sandstorm, it continued to blow all night. We had rain, thunder and lightning too - loads of fun in a tent. It was, however, good to be in the desert again, and as we were heading out we were able to find some wildflowers and a little bit of warmth. Vegas was Vegas, sleezy but fun. We met up with Richard Ravel and he went to the convention with Roman. I joined them on the second day and we all had a good time geeking. tracey
